Increased mobile data for student

INCREASED MOBILE DATA FOR STUDENTS

You may have seen that the government have announced a deal with mobile companies to provide an increase in data for those eligible children who are struggling with connectivity.

There is limited availability so please check first.

FOR INCREASED INTERNET ACCESS AT HOME - Firstly, you need to follow the link below to ensure there is coverage in your area:

https://www.btwifi.com/find/

If you are within a red area on the map you get the best coverage, yellow is ok and green means little coverage so there is no point in applying.  The information from BT is below:

https://m.businessdirect.bt.com/sectors/education/free-wi-fi/?ReferrerID=BTBD&utm_source=bt+business&utm_medium=press+release&utm_campaign=EDU_Free_Wifi_Home_Learning&utm_content=BTBD

Having looked at the map, if you want to apply for a voucher please email ITSupport@westhatch.net and request a voucher. Please note numbers are apparently limited so it will be on a first come first served basis if we don’t get a full allocation. Regards,
