Year 9 students at West Hatch High School had the privilege of a drop-down morning provided by Epping Forest District Council.
The #consequences session was provided in partnership with Arc Theatre and Spark2life.
The pupils watched a short production portraying issues that they may be going through as a teenager and where to get support.
Headteacher Daniel Leonard said: "The morning was very informative and the pupils were engaged from the start to the end.
"They were also a credit to the school with their behaviour when exploring such sensitive issues."
