GCSE Results Day: Thurs 21st August 2025
Results available in person from 8:30am - 10:00am in M4
Year 9 GCSE Statistics results available for students from 10:30am - 11:30am
Any results not collected will be sent out in the post. 

Internal 6th Form Enrolment from 8:30am - 10:30am in the Main Hall
External enrolment from 11:30pm - 1:00pm 

External students will need to bring a copy of their GCSE results as well as a form of ID, such as passport,
Oyster card for enrolment. 

If students are unable to attend enrolment. they should email 6thadmissions@westhatch.net to confirm that they would like to be enrolled.  This should be done no later than Midday on Friday 22nd August.  We will endeavour to reply to emails as soon as possible but please note that staff will be involved with enrolment day.

There will be members of the Sixth Form team available for late enrolment on Friday 22nd August between 9:30am to 12:00pm, but remotely using the email address above, unless advised individually.
