Dear Parent/Carers,

We are delighted to invite you to our year 11 information evening, which is taking place on Tuesday the 1^st of October. This has been changed from our original date. We have two assemblies that parents and students should attend. These will be done based on the first letter of your childs surname. Please see timings below.

Parents/carers should turn up at the following times.

Information assembly 1: A-L:  17:30-18:20       

Information assembly 2 M-Z:  18:30-19:20       

It will be an invaluable evening aimed at giving you the parents/carers a range of information and guidance to ensure the best outcomes for your child’s GCSE’s. It will be an opportunity to spend some time finding out about what we are doing over the next year and how you can best support your child’s progress. We will also be sharing information on the core subjects and getting the best out of revision as well as information on the sixth form. The evening will have time allocated for discussion and questions that you may have.

These evenings have been very successful and well attended in the past as we feel it is important to keep you as parents/carers as informed as possible. I hope that you will support this evening with your attendance as we begin the most important year of your child’s education so far at West Hatch. I look forward to meeting you.
