Close Attainment Gaps Among Disadvantaged Pupils
Objective: By July 2026, reduce the attainment gap in English and maths between disadvantaged pupils (including SEND, EAL, and Pupil Premium) and their peers at KS3 and KS4 by at least 15%, through targeted interventions, data tracking, and staff training.
Success Indicators:
- • Progress 8 and Attainment 8 scores

Increase Representation in Student Leadership
Objective: By July 2025, ensure that at least 30% of student leadership roles (e.g., prefects, school council, ambassadors) are held by students from protected characteristic groups (BAME, SEND, LGBTQ+), reflecting the school’s diverse demographics.

Reduce Disproportionality in Behavioural Sanctions
Objective: By December 2025, reduce the disproportionality in fixed-term exclusions and internal seclusions of Black Caribbean boys and SEND pupils by 20%, through staff CPD, improved behaviour analysis, and restorative approaches.

Promote Curriculum Inclusivity Across Subjects
Objective: By the end of Academic Year 2024–25, every department will have reviewed and updated at least 1 scheme of work to reflect cultural diversity, inclusion, and equality, including representation of different ethnicities, gender identities, and religions.

Improve Accessibility and Engagement in Extra-Curricular Activities
