A-Level Results Day - Thursday 13th August 2026

Results can be collected from 8:00am to 10:00am from the Sixth Form Common Room.  Year 13 Clearing support will be available until 11:00am in the Sixth Form Block.  Any results not collected will be sent out in the post. 

GCSE Results Day - Thursday 20th August 2026

Results can be collected in person from 8:30am to 10:00am from M4. 
Year 9 GCSE Statistics results will be available for students from 10:30am - 11:30am.
Any results not collected will be sent out in the post.

Sixth Form Enrolment

Enrolment into Sixth Form will be from 8:30am to 10:30am for internal students and from 11:30am to 1:00pm for external students in the Main Hall. 

External students will need to bring a copy of their GCSE results as well as a form of ID, such as passport or Oyster card for enrolment. 

If students are unable to attend enrolment, they should email 6thadmissions@westhatch.net to confirm that they would like to be enrolled.  This should be done no later than Midday on Friday 21st August.  We will endeavour to reply to emails as soon as possible, but please note that staff will be involved with enrolment day.

There will be members of the Sixth Form Team available for late enrolment on Friday 21^st August between 9:30am to 12:00pm.
