Christmas Jumper Day raises £935 for Save the Children

A total of £935 was raised by West Hatch High School when it held its annual Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children.

A total of £935 was raised by West Hatch High School when it held its annual Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children.

A variety of jumpers were worn by students and staff, from the comical to the more traditional. 

Students and staff donated £1 or more each to take part.

Headteacher Daniel Leonard was "delighted" with the amount raised while Guy Blain, who co-ordinated the event, was equally pleased that the school raised over £100 more than
in 2016.
